Regular office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Walk-in requests stop at 3:45 PM. Passport and notary services close at 4:00 PM.
Fulton County also runs two satellite service centers. The North Service Center is at Suite 253, 7741 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30350, open 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Magistrate Court hearings are held at that location. The South Service Center is at Room 219 Suite B, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park, GA 30349, with the same hours and also hosts Magistrate Court proceedings. Both centers extend access for residents in the northern and southern parts of the county who cannot easily reach the downtown Atlanta main office.

The Records Search Center pulls from the same database used by clerk staff. You can search by party name, case number, or document type. It is free to use for basic lookups, though document downloads may carry a per-page charge.

Through eServices, you can pay court-ordered amounts online, access case information, and find links to e-filing through PeachCourt. It is designed for attorneys, parties, and the general public alike.
E-Filing and Statewide Search Tools for Fulton County
Electronic filing in Fulton County superior court is done through PeachCourt, Georgia's official e-filing platform. PeachCourt also lets the public search and download case documents at $0.50 per page. Cases go back to 2005. Call 844-GA-EFILE for support or filing assistance.

One point the FAQ clarifies: certified copies cannot be ordered at the same time as regular copies. They go through a different office and must be requested first. If you need certified copies, plan for a separate request and allow additional processing time.

Types of Fulton County Court Records Available
Fulton County superior court handles felony criminal cases, civil matters above the magistrate threshold, domestic relations filings, real property disputes, and equity cases. The Civil Division and Criminal Division operate separately within the clerk's office. Real estate records - deeds, liens, and plats - are indexed in the Real Estate Division. Trade names and DBAs are also registered there.
Magistrate court handles small claims up to $15,000, dispossessory actions, and county ordinance matters. Both the North and South Service Centers host Magistrate Court hearings.
